Returns & exchanges

Our promise

Changed your mind or something isn't right? You can return or exchange most items within 7 days of receiving them. Returns are free.

How it works

1. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact page with your order number and the reason.
2. Return it: bring it to our store within 7 days, with the item unused and in its original packaging, together with your order number.
3. We check it and give you a refund to your original payment method (or an exchange, if you prefer).

Faulty or wrong item?

Tell us as soon as you notice. We will replace it, or refund you, at no cost to you.

What can't be returned

• Screen protectors once they have been applied
• In-ear products (e.g. earbuds) that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty
• Items damaged by misuse, water or accidents
